Our alumnus Adrian Rodrigues has received the Award for Best Employee of the Year at Ibis Mumbai Airport!

We caught up with him & here’s what he has to say:
“I’m feeling like I’m on cloud 9! Not many people get this recognition. You know you’ve done a good job when others back you up like this. While it took a little luck & a lot of hard work, it feels great to be recognized!
I applied for this job on the basis of a suggestion from my college. After I got the job, the organization was to assess me for a period of 18 months. Along with my initial assessment while on probation, they also looked at my overall annual assessment. Eventually I, along with another candidate, were nominated for Employee of the Year.
I think the internship experiences during my studies at Ecole Hoteliere at Lavasa allowed me to understand the hospitality industry well before I really set foot in it. Along with the continuous support from the faculty, this has really helped me with my performance.”
– Adrian Rodrigues
