Our Schools Connect programme is a highly targeted bespoke series of events Our Information Sessions are designed to introduce young professionals of the future to the vast range of opportunities that exist in the thriving hospitality industry as well as to demonstrate the importance that a good quality hospitality education plays in helping to build a successful career. They provide a relaxed and informal environment for networking with industry professionals, with staff from Ecole Hoteliere at Lavasa as well as with institutional alumni, many of whom will be holding prominent positions in the market place. Our Information Sessions are held in some of the best hotels that India has to offer and provide unique insights into the large scale operations associated with running successful and highly prestigious properties.
Presentation and Discussion
Our Information Sessions include a wide range of interesting and interactive presentations and discussion sessions delivered and facilitated by academics, admission staff and professionals from the hospitality industry. Participants will have the opportunity to learn more about hospitality education, the scale and nature of hospitality as an industry, career opportunities as well as information about how studying at Ecole Hoteliere at Lavasa can play a part in ensuring a successful future.
Our Information Sessions provide an ideal opportunity for participants to meet a wide range of hospitality professionals as well as academic and admissions staff from Ecole Hoteliere at Lavasa in an informal and relaxed setting. Our Information Sessions are usually attended by one or more alumni of Ecole Hoteliere at Lavasa who are on hand to share their experiences of studying at the institution and to talk about how the hospitality management programme helped them build a career. Ample time is set aside for networking with our Alumni and for ensuring that participants are able to gain a thorough insight about life as a student at Ecole Hoteliere at Lavasa from those that have studied at the institution.
Tour of the hotel
Our Information Sessions are held in some of the best hotels that India has to offer and provide unique insights into the large scale operations associated with running successful and highly prestigious properties. A guided walk around the hotel, led by senior hotel staff, forms a critical part of the day and is accompanied by a detailed and descriptive commentary of every element that forms part of the tour.
